Gordana joined AUM Law in 2013 as a law clerk, building on her past 15+ years of in-house and law firm experience in securities, registration and compliance matters. She applies her expertise to assist AUM Law professionals and clients by handling registration matters and other initial and ongoing securities regulatory filings through the National Registration Database (NRD), the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR+), and the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI), as well as managing securities-related transactions and continuous disclosure documentation. Gordana also works with clients in understanding and meeting regulatory requirements related to exempt trade reporting.
