Ruoxi’s practice focuses on securities law, specifically regulatory compliance for registrants. Before joining AUM Law in 2023, she worked at Primerica Financial Services as a senior legal counsel engaged in general corporate and investment fund matters. Ruoxi has gained experience in the area of securities registrant regulation and compliance, including developing, reviewing and assessing policies and procedures. She has also prepared regulatory filings for funds and assisted with responses to regulatory inquiries and audits. Ruoxi was called to the bar of Ontario in 2018.

Ruoxi earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph and her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School. Ruoxi is fluent in Mandarin.
